Founder & Chairman

A dynamic community leader, counselor, and minister of the Gospel, Pastor Anthony founded the movement in 2010, driven by a deep burden for youth lost to addiction. His grassroots vision birthed the Komarock Youth Alliance, which evolved into the Drug Free Generation Network Foundation. With over 15 years of leadership, mentorship, and frontline outreach experience, he continues to guide the foundation with integrity, compassion, and spiritual conviction.

Dr. Pst. Julius Kimani

Board Chairman

Dr. Julius Kimani brings a wealth of knowledge in pastoral leadership, community development, and public health advocacy. As the Board Chairman, he provides strategic oversight, ensures governance standards, and promotes partnerships that strengthen the foundation’s capacity to serve. His wisdom and calm leadership are key pillars of the foundation’s growth.

Mrs. Colleta Rayola

CEO, Treasurer & Peer Educator

Colleta combines financial discipline with frontline passion. As Treasurer, she ensures financial transparency, accountability, and donor confidence. As a peer educator, she actively engages with youth in schools and communities, facilitating conversations on drug prevention and mental health awareness.

Mr. Francis Mwakio

Secretary General & Board Member

Mr. Mwakio plays a central role in organizational management, policy documentation, and inter-agency coordination. With a strong background in advocacy and youth mobilization, he ensures the foundation’s programs stay mission-aligned and community-focused.

Mr. Martin Mutisya

Board Member & Business Administrator

Martin brings strong business acumen to the board, contributing to resource mobilization, organizational planning, and operational structure. His administrative skills help streamline programs and enhance the sustainability of the foundation’s long-term goals.

Patrick Ayiro serves as a dedicated Board Member of Drug Free Generation Network Foundation, contributing to the organization’s vision of building empowered, healthy, and drug-free communities. He is passionate about youth empowerment, community development, and social transformation through sustainable and people-centered initiatives.

Board Member & IT Specialist

With expertise in digital solutions and systems management, Jacob oversees the foundation’s technology strategy. From maintaining secure data systems to developing digital campaigns, his work supports the Foundation's modernization and efficiency.
